I realised I fell behind a fair bit with my food journals since last thursday.
Breakfast is ALWAYS either peanut butter and jam on toast or cheap coco pops or nothing at all.
I miss out lunch quite often
Dinners have been;
Thurs: Leftover Mince and Tatties
Fri: I tried to make Spaghetti Carbonara, with egg for me and without egg for Hannah. I burnt the bacon and it was a bit of a fail so I didn’t take a picture!
Sat: Sharer platter with Hannah at Vodka Revolution
Sat Night: Horrible chicken Kebab
Sun: Went to Ben’s for a huge Sunday Roast! Chicken, pork and all the trimmings!
