Food Journal

I am planning on observing and keeping track of what I eat for a while.  I will then attempt to encourage myself to eat in and pre plan meals more often. Today;

Breakfast: Peanut butter and Jam on Brown Toast

Lunch: Oli’s left over chips from Gray’s canteen and a 1 litre bottle of Irn Bru I got from Asda for 50p (I haven’t finished it yet)

Dinner: Hannah’s homemade chicken broth with butternut squash, carrots, onions and turnip. mhmmm
